Ashland’s Fourth of July celebration starts early and end lasts alllll day!

Ashland Parade: Ashland is host to the biggest city parade, with the parade route going right down Main St. The parade starts at 10:15 at Triangle Park and runs down Siskiyou Boulevard to East Main Street… ending at Water Street.

You CAN reserve your spot along the parade route beginning at 6am on July 4th. There will be posted signs will full details – brink blankets or chairs, tape, flags, etc… to draw your boundary. This is a competitive sport – be respectful & courteous… this is nothing short of a land grab!

Ashland Parade viewing tips: It gets hot on the route, with no-shade and limited water. Come prepared with hats, walking shoes, water, sunscreen. Parking is tricky after 7:30am. Best bet is to bike or walk in.

After the Parade: There will be vendor booths, food and activities! See the complete schedule provided by the Ashland Chamber

Ashland Fireworks: Fireworks will be launched from the athletic fields at Southern Oregon University – starting at about 10pm. Fireworks will be viewable around town. For the best viewing: Garfield Park field, Ashland Middle School, Walker Elementary School.

WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO SAY?

  1. Elizabeth Lonergan says:

In my completely biased opinion, the best viewing of the fireworks is from the American Band College fireworks concert at the Ashland High School football stadium.
