Watching a (free!) live performance in the cool evening air is one of those only-in–Ashland type experiences. The Green Show is a “show before the show”, and is at the top of my list of why I love our fabulous city!

You can attend a Green Show on the bricks most evenings through the summer and early fall. The shows are held on the outdoor stage in the center of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival Courtyard.

Show times change with the season. Summer shows: May 31st -August 7th begin at 7:15pm. Fall shows: August 9 – October 9 begin at 6:45pm. Most shows last approximately 45 minutes.

541Live Tip: The Green Show is a popular event. With grass only seating and standing room surrounding the grass – it’s best to get there at least 15 minutes before the show and bring a blanket or a towel to sit on. Arrive very early and enjoy an evening picnic before the show
