Bloomsbury Books

In the last 10 years, the number of independent bookstores in the American Booksellers Association dropped from 4,700 to 2,000. That’s a 60% decline in 10 years – huge! Independent bookstores are closing their doors for many reasons. Competing with online booksellers and big box stores is not easy.

The Rogue Valley has a few fantastic independent bookstores. Each with their own flavor, flare and specialty – it’s worth giving them all a try!

You forgot to mention the coffee shop at Bloomsbury Books – not sure what it’s called. They serve espresso & sweets. I like to bring the book I am interested in upstairs for a read and coffee.
