First stop in at the Rogue Creamery, which produces many varieties of hand-milled cheeses. Their goal is to make the best cheeses in the United States, and they are well on their way. They are famous for half a dozen other blue cheeses, along with cheddars that are laced with organic lavender blossoms or Rogue ales.
